Terms and Conditions

  1. In accordance with the Veterinary Surgeons Act of 1966, all animals must have veterinary referral prior to treatment. Eve will contact your veterinarian before your initial appointment.

  2. Please present your horse with mud brushed off, dry and with clean hooves where possible.

  3. Any animal presenting with sickness, diarrhoea, or flea infestation will not be treated.

  4. All animals are treated at their owners risk and the physiotherapist will make decisions about the animals welfare based on professional judgement. 

  5. The physiotherapist reserves the right to refuse to treat at any time.

  6. All personal data collected will be stored securely for 6 years in line with conditions set by the GDPR legislation. 

  7. Payment is required by cash or BACS at time of treatment, or within 10 days for invoice clients.

  8. Payments should be made prior to or on the day of treatment. Late payments may incur a further charge. 

  9. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged for.

  10. If you are claiming for physiotherapy from your insurance company, you must have referral from your veterinarian and approval from your insurance company ahead of treatment.  Many insurance companies will reimburse costs for veterinary physiotherapy.
