Veterinary Physiotherapy
Even Stride Veterinary Physiotherapy is a business established in 2022 by Eve Herne.

Eve qualified from Harper Adams University in 2022 where she completed a four year degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy which included a year of work placement in both canine and equine clinics.

During this degree Eve improved her scientific knowledge on anatomy and locomotion of all animals. Eve completed her dissertation on equine back pain and how this relates to behaviour as well as effective treatments available.

Eve has been a keen rider from the age of 4, competing in local shows and loaning several horses. Eve has currently been lucky enough to start Endurance riding becoming an Endurance GB member in the 2024 season. This has given Eve a new perspective on equine sports performance.

You will usually find Eve either with or talking about her Golden Retriever Eddie. Eddie is the team mascot and general supervisor for Even Stride! Eve has experience owning and working with dogs for nearly 10 years and has special interest in canine behaviour meaning physiotherapy sessions are always taken at the dogs pace. Eve and Eddie take part in gun dog training and have recently explored Canicross too!

Eve is qualified BSc (Hons) veterinary physiotherapist and a registered member of the NAVP association. This means she is fully qualified and insured to treat your animal with the upmost compassion and dedication. Eve continues to expand her knowledge and learning by completing continued professional development training regularly in order to adhere to NAVP register standards.

Eve strives to provide a rounded, compassionate and effective service that prioritises your horse or dogs health and well being. She believes in keeping owners involved in a tailored step-by-step programme for each animal to achieve the best results in relieving pain and therefore improving performance. Eve is always available to answer any queries or hear about updates on her clients progress!
